Absolutely! While you may not require as much physical support, there are emotional and educational ways I can still support you.

Upon signing the Labor Doula contract, half of the fee is required as a nonrefundable deposit. The other half is due by 37 weeks gestation. I do offer payment plans!

Yes! I am trained and certified through www.prodoula.com.

I will already be available via phone but in-person labor support begins whenever you decide you’re ready for me! I can meet you at your home or in the hospital/birthing center.

I can show your partner how to implement comfort measures and provide counter pressure during labor.

During the immediate postpartum period I will stay by your side to help with the transition into feeding your newborn. Once in-person support ends I can connect you with local lactation specialists.

I also have a Basic Life Support Certification.
